Job description

Pay:  80,000.00 - 90,000.00

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Essential Duties

  • Develop financial models and analyze data to assess client's performance against Plan.
  • Review financial reports to ensure delivery of Client's Plan and reduce risk to forecast deviations.
  • Analyze financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
  • Work closely with Client Financial Lead and Account Director to support the financial close and other analytics.
  • Analyze trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, labor, and any other expenses to facilitate and support timely planning and decision making.
  • Provide financial and business support in the identification and analysis of a wide range of financial issues.
  • Responsible for the preparation of information, analysis, and recommendations for management.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned or required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Five (5) plus years progressively responsible related experience is preferred.
  • Experience and technical knowledge in a wide range of finance-related areas, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile technical data and prepare technical and analytical reports.
  • Strong modeling and analytic skills utilizing spreadsheet software. 
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in supervision of spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Experience using JDE is a plus.
  • Well organized with strong planning.
