Job Description
Role purpose:
- Manage logistics and other activities as needed
- To perform all daily operational tasks within warehouse while maintaining a safe, clean and efficient facility.
- Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
- Must have valid license, along with the ability to lift 50lbs.
Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To:
- Clean all hardware (including peripherals) and prepare for reuse, which includes, running diagnostics
- Responsible for securing inventory assets and inventory control. Transfer equipment between inventory locations (both physically & logically)
- Ability to follow standards, policies, and procedures, while checking equipment into Inventory and/or Quarantine.
- Monitor and conduct queue management while adhering to SLA's.
- Conduct on and off campus asset recoveries of laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets, printers and mobile devices.
- Maintain warehouse area in a neat and organized manner.
- Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, as well as within a team environment.
- Assist with Year End Inventory Audits to ensure no missed inventory.
- Assist with Computer Refresh Program.
- Assist with Daily & Project Moves.
- Maintain Excel/SharePoint Trackers.
- Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
- Time management and soft skills a must!
- Other Ad Hoc Activities and Reporting as required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Skype, Outlook Calendar, scheduling and SharePoint
- Knowledge of Service Now ticketing software a plus!
- Knowledge of IMAC, SLA's and Asset management, ITIL is a plus!
