Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring a Client Services Specialist. You will have a diverse range of technical support for current telecom customers and administrative support in the onboarding lifecycle — compensation of up to $48k.
What You'll Be Doing as a Client Services Specialist :
- Overseeing primary customer support responsibilities, including tasks like updating names, adding users, and handling password resets.
- Delivering outstanding customer communication throughout their onboarding journey.
- Coordinating customer project meetings and facilitating remote user training sessions as required.
- Committed to maintaining the highest standard of customer service for both existing and new customers.
What We're Looking For in a Client Services Specialist :
- 1-3 years related customer service, planning, or onboarding experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently, driving own projects.
- Ability to multitask and have high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication expertise via phone and remote meetings.
- Extensive software skills - Microsoft Office.
