Job Description:
This consultant will be working side-by-side with our Treasury Management Client Service team members; may require answering client calls, triaging their request and fulfilling the clients request or handing it off to the team responsible for the specific request (i.e. maintenance); may include completing maintenance request forms, keying data into various systems to update TM (Treasury Management) services, creating and sending TM legal documents to clients, return client calls to provide assistance as requested; verification of client identity and authority to perform requests changing their company TM services.
