Experienced Veterinary Clinic Client Services Representative!
Full Time-Monday-Thursday. Outgoing individual needed to join our fantastic and fun team at Black Dog Veterinary Services.
Candidate must be outgoing and able to multitask, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, compassionate and enjoy working with people and animals, and have a positive outlook. Veterinary clinic experience desired but will train the right candidate. Must possess basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft/Office software.

Responsibilities:
- Friendly, professional interaction with clients and their pets
- Answering phones, message taking and scheduling appointments
- Timely response to emails and social media
- Perform efficient patient check in/check out procedures
- Process invoices and maintain professional appearance of clinic
