Summary

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator who can help to address the growing administrative needs of OLI clients and internal employees. This individual will deliver a positive overall experience to our clients, positioning OLI as the trusted technology partner for process modeling and simulation in industrial asset and process design. This role is an excellent match for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with technical processes, excels in client-facing interactions, and is motivated by continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for this position showcases strong organizational and planning skills, proficiency in license activation procedures, and excellent communication abilities in client interactions and team collaboration.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • License Activation: Proficiently manage license activation procedures to ensure clients have the necessary access to OLI's technology solutions.
  • Client Communication: Engage in effective communication with clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and build strong client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Showcase strong organizational and planning skills to manage client requests, schedules, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain organized and accurate documentation related to client interactions, procedures, and support activities.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal employees to streamline processes and address administrative needs effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in Client Services and administrative processes, contributing to ongoing enhancements.

 

Qualifications:

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Communications (or equivalent work experience)

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience with software installation and basic troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, a plus
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, a plus

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort using digital tools and software for documentation management and client interactions. (e.g., Video Editing, Screenshots)
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to address multiple client requests and administrative tasks efficiently (e.g., MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing client needs and evolving technology solutions.
  • Detail-Orientated: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and optimistic attitude that contributes to a collaborative and constructive work environment.
  • Professionalism: A professional demeanor/presentation in client interactions and internal communications.
  • Self-Motivated: Self-driven and motivated to excel in a role that requires continuous improvement.
  • Bilingual Fluency, a plus
