Client Services Consultant

The Client Services Consultant will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Address client needs, concerns, and provide support.
• Assess and enhance client satisfaction.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with teams for seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Client-facing experience (preferred but not required)

Compensation:

• Full-time position
• $20 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time
