SalarySpecialized Support Services, Inc. is hiring a Client Services Associate, a new role, for our St. Joseph Area Operation. This is a full-time position in our regional office in St. Joseph, MO. The St. Joseph Office is home to 4 other colleagues who lead our work to provide Individualized Supported Living environments for consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Client Services Associate will perform a range of administrative duties. Primary duties will include answering phones and assisting visitors, assisting with scheduling interviews and new employee onboarding, maintaining staff and consumer files, office supply ordering and purchasing and scanning and uploading/filing historical consumer and staff documents into our online record management system.
Prior office experience is required. Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
