Client Service Representative (Receptionist)

Wyomissing Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team!

Our ideal candidate will contribute to the growth of our practice by providing a stellar Client Service experience by phone and in person. If you take initiative, prioritize tasks well, and work well within a veterinary team, you may be the right fit for the role! We provide excellent health care to our patients and compassion to our clients. Strong communication skills are an essential tool for a CSR.

Our team practices schedule flexibility by working a combination weekdays, evenings, and weekend shifts. We aim to work with our team to build a schedule that works for the individual and meets hospital needs.

You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive hospital success. Candidates with previous veterinary experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain high volume calls with our clients
• Triage medical needs for patients by phone to manage appropriate appointment schedule
• Computer skills for use of Impromed - hospital software and Microsoft Platform
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Greet and assist hospital clients
• Maintain organized filing systems; paper and electronic
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the veterinary industry or within a related field
• Ability to prioritize and multitask successfully
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive demeanor and team success focused
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
