A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Client Support Representative, you are the first line of communication for our clients. You both answer the phone and respond to emails. Whether answering simple questions or solving complex problems, you are patient and friendly. You always put yourself in the clients' shoes and listen carefully to their needs. The key to your success is that you never give up or leave anyone hanging. You are all about following through and following up. Most of our clients are appreciative of our exceptional customer service, but occasionally one of them is frustrated. You don't take it personally, and your professionalism and kindness usually turn things around. You get great satisfaction out of making the background check process easier for busy business owners and HR professionals!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Above-average computer skills
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
We will train the right person on the technical aspects of our software and good background check practices. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you comfortable talking on the phone? Do you enjoy building relationships with people? Are you team-oriented? Do you have creative problem-solving skills? WORK SCHEDULE
This position requires working Monday - Friday during typical business hours when the business clients that you support are also working.
