In this role, you will be primarily focused on supporting the day-to-day execution of Client Services for an assigned block of client groups. This includes successfully onboarding new client groups, coordinating new enrollments and re-enrollments for our client group accounts, and working with clients to identify their needs and how we can effectively meet those requirements. You will become the primary liaison and day-to-day contact for the client group’s administration team, handling questions and resolve any issues that they may have. You will get the opportunity to build strong client experiences and lasting relationships with our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent and timely Client Service, handling questions and resolving issues that clients may have
- Communicate with clients and external partners in a compelling manner, project a positive image, and create positive outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers and the sales team, to provide a positive client experience
- Coordinate the benefits open enrollment project plan with the client groups, including enroller schedules and location attendance, and partner with the assigned internal employee benefit consultants
- Support the benefits open enrollment of client groups, including modifying employee presentations and other communication materials, attending and assisting with employee meetings, and more
- Ensure accurate and updated training materials are provided and communicated to the assigned enrollers, and that their agent licensing and carrier contracting are completed and in place
- Support the setup of client groups in the enrollment system, working with the client and assigned internal team members, to ensure successful delivery for open enrollment
- Conduct insurance carrier research for the development and delivery of updated market analysis and evaluation to clients
- Work with internal sales team to provide RFP responses for products and services we offer
- Support the company's core values and basic principles
- Perform other job-related duties and special assignments as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Passion for consistently providing first-class client experiences
- Display composure, resilience, and flexibility in response to client requests

- Ability to multi-task and adapt as issues arise

Preferred:
- College degree or completed coursework
- Hold active Life, Accident & Health Insurance license(s) issued by the appropriate state(s) Department of Insurance as applicable, or willingness to obtain within three months of hire
- Basic computer knowledge with experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
