Duties and Responsibilities: The Client Service Associate will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional Client Service through inbound and outbound communications along with scheduling and confirming client appointments. Administrative responsibilities include handling requests from clients and advisors regarding account administration, including but not limited to preparing new account paperwork and account maintenance requests. The Client Service Associate will also be expected to update client information in our CRM and other programs along with organizing and maintaining both physical and digital client files.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and experience:
- Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, general computer skills and basic office environment technology
- Prior use with CRM (Salesforce) preferred
- High degree of accuracy, detail orientation and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity in the Finance, Banking or Wealth Management industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
