Responsibilities / Duties / Functions / Tasks
- Build and maintain professional relationships with Clients by assisting them and answering account questions.
- Adhere to compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining appropriate account documentation and communication with clients about needed items.
- Maintain confidentiality and strong personal ethics in accordance with FWG 's Code of Conduct.
- Take initiative to handle account inquiries and customer needs and escalate to financial advisors when appropriate.
- Educate clients on account services, status of accounts and capabilities
- Collect the right documentation for opening accounts and service requests.
- Document all client interactions in Client Relationship Manager (SalesForce)
- Create and Maintain digital client folders with policy documents, paperwork, correspondence, etc.
- Proactively track and troubleshoot paperwork / application submissions to their full completion
- Consult and inform advisor on client interactions requiring their involvement.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in the workings of the financial industry.
- An excellent written & verbal communicator (including digital correspondence), with solid interpersonal skills.
- Capable of utilizing advanced technology and managing multiple systems simultaneously
- Establishing long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues (requires the use of efficient communication techniques.)
- Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
- Displaying proficiency to handle numerous situations, acknowledging the emotions involved, and successfully resolving them by working towards a mutually beneficial resolution.
- Intensity for continuous learning and perseverance in comprehending and utilizing innovative ideas, swiftly learning and memorizing information for the purpose of informed decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- The aptitude acquired through our paid development program will ensure that you are equipped to interact flawlessly with customers while passing the Health & Life and Series 65 exams.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
