Who you are:

You are a driven individual with an acute attention to detail and the desire to serve and satisfy clients, going above and beyond in all tasks. You understand what it means to deliver the highest quality of customer service and that, at the concierge level, it’s all about proactively meeting client needs.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Owning the execution of all client requests and the troubleshooting of member claim issues
  • Analyzing reports, and developing responses to detailed requests, to assist Client Executives in the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Informing and contributing to the overall client engagement plan.
  • Supporting the Implementation Manager to ensure the seamless implementation of clinical solutions, and new clients.
  • Creating fact sheets and member materials, as well as contributing to the development of internal and external communications.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for operational programs and processes related to client management.

 

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Problem-solving skills; keen attention to detail to identify problems, deconstruct them, and lead the resolution effort
  • Understanding of what excellent client management is and experience executing it
  • Strong execution ability; gritty enough to see problems through to the end, and polished enough to deliver the resolution to members, clients or internal partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize complex problems and resolutions
  • Proactive nature - you don’t like to be idle

 

Preferred background:

  • Salesforce experience
