Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, adaptable, and responsible environments. Our aim isn't just about improving buildings; it's about creating perfect places that improve people's lives. Client Service Administrators participate in validating and entering data into the iBase (Installed Base database) and service portal.

Our Data Administrators work with Project Coordinators, Maintenance Planners, and Client Service Managers on accurately setting up the iBase for maintenance planning. Why is this so important?Our Client Service Administrators are pivotal in maintaining data accuracy, ensuring effective maintenance planning, promoting collaboration, and ultimately contributing to client satisfaction, cost efficiency, compliance, and a positive business reputation. As a Client Service Administrator, you will: Serve as the zone's main point of contact for iBase across all branches Validate / enter data into iBase Use standard iBase tools and documented processes Verify, correct, and populate (as applicable) equipment data by functional / physical location in iBase Monitors and reports on quality of iBase data Set-up customers in Service Portal You will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred 2+ years experience in field coordination, data administration or operations Knowledge and experience using SAP or other maintenance & planning tools Ability to read and understand service contract scopes & proposals Overall understanding of building management systems and products in automation, fire detection and security applications preferred Knowledgeable in business processes, standard practices, tools, and financial systems within branch service operations Strong accuracy and attention to detail for quality of data Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree You'll benefit from: Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
