JOB SUMMARY
Looking for a candidate who resides in the Carolinas
Responsible for the merchandising and selling of computers, software, and peripherals. Use solid understanding of sales techniques to drive revenues. Solicit and obtain orders by developing relationships with customers and following up on established leads. Represent our array of software and hardware products through a deep understanding and interpretation of technical requirements and information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer hardware/software offered by the company
- Use telephone, fax, email, and ticketing system inquiries to verify collected information and finalize sales.
- Solicits information about hardware/software needs from customer.
- Help users maximize the use of software features
- Advise on appropriate user training.
- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.
- Transfer ordered to fulfillment to be filled. Communicate expected dates of delivery and explain stock shortages.
- Accept ownership for maintaining and expanding sales and accomplishing all assigned tasks
Qualifications

- Ability to Negotiate Pricing within the constraints provided by management
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Minimum education of High School Diploma
- Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 25%
