Client Retention Specialist

We are seeking a Client Retention Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Address client needs, concerns, and provide support.
• Assess and enhance client satisfaction.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with teams for seamless client experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Client-facing experience (preferred but not required).

Compensation:

• Full-time position
• $20 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Ogden, UT 84401: Relocate before starting work (Required)
