Client Service Associate
This is a full-time/in-office financial service representative position where you will assist in back-office operations and interact with clients.
Duties
· Work in the office (hours: 8:30 am -5:00 pm)

· Answer phones, emails, and various inquiries from clients, prospects, vendors, and business partners in a timely manner.
· Client management using Salesforce
· Coordinate and book client meetings and travel plans
· Open, transfer, and manage client accounts; generate and process documents
· Assist senior advisor with presentations, client inquiries, investment research, and performance reports
· Generate and process various documents and keep compliance records.
· Cultivate exceptional service relationships with existing clients.
· Concierge-like service to clientele.
· Administrative assistance such as office organization, record keeping, filing, and mailing.
Key technologies and skills preferred
· 3+ Years of experience in the wealth management /brokerage firm experience
· 3+ Years of experience in the wealth management /brokerage firm experience
· Technical proficiency in CRM and data management
· Financial reporting software experience (Black Diamond preferred)
· Comprehensive understanding of investment advisory business
· Office IT skills such as basic troubleshooting skills to assist senior advisors.
· Strong abilities with scheduling and travel coordination
· Series 65 preferred
· Knowledge of investment compliance and procedures
· Strong, polished communication and basic office software skills (Excel, Word, or other software)
· Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and ability to multi-task
· Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to set priorities in managing projects.
· Desire to work as a true financial fiduciary for a value-based planning firm that puts client interest above all else
Compensation
· Starting 55k-75k Salary depending on experience
