The FIS Credit Union Division is a team of fast-paced, motivated industry experts that are dedicated to the success of the Credit Union movement. What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for relationship management for one or more assigned clients strategic to the Enterprise. Accounts are target clients having a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the Enterprise.
- Responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication and the overall management of the Client Relationship.
- Serve as the primary contact and client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT solution or a business process outsourced solution and regardless of the client’s geographic location.
- Work to maintain and grow the Client Relationship while ensuring ongoing client service.
- Identify new business opportunities and coordinates with appropriate sales personnel for opportunities of new FIS products or services.
- Coordinate with the delivery organizations to ensure the delivery of continuous and effective services.
- Manage operational aspects of projects and responsible for oversight of vendors and subcontractors, as appropriate.
- Identify areas where continuous improvement can be applied, oversee the implementation of the change and measures the level of improvement.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.

- Must be a client champion
- Must be a team player and collaborate well with employees and executive leaders
- Experience working with financial institutions, including credit unions
- Ability to listen and escalate concerns of clients with regard to current products/services
- Excellent knowledge of the field with strong leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze situations or data to understand the client’s business
- Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations without damaging the relationship.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $79,370.00 - $129,370.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
