Client Relationship Intern

OTC Markets Group Inc., operator of premier US financial marketplaces, is seeking a client service-oriented individual to join our Corporate Services Department as a Client Relationship Intern for a paid internship in NYC this summer!  
The Intern role will support our regional Corporate Services sales teams: Americas, Asia-Pacific, and EMEA (Europe/Middle-East/Africa), in data/trading analysis and Client Relationship management, services, education, and communications.
OTC Markets is currently operating in a hybrid work environment (three days in office, two days remotely).
Responsibilities include:
Working closely with team leaders on research for new business development, joining team phone calls with prospective clients, as well as communications by phone and email with current clients on our OTCQX and OTCQB Market tiers, to maximize client satisfaction. The intern will present an overview of their work, learnings, and participation activities in the final weeks of the program to the company.
Qualifications:

• Interest in finance, equity markets and/or economics
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Collaborative and team player
• Courteous, with good customer service skills
• Works effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within an organization
• Strong organizational and time management skills

This is a paid opportunity: $25/hour.
