This position assists the entire client database and agents with in-force policy requests and services existing clients as well as ensures a positive customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Policy Request or changes may include but not limited to:
- Policy Loans
- Beneficiary Changes
- Ownership Changes
- Payment Assistance
- Miscellaneous Questions
- In-force policy information
- Updates client contact information inside company CRM
- Takes care of mailing policies and deliverables including preparing documents
- Scans and sorts incoming mail
- Coordinates with agents and assistants to distribute incoming mail
- General support and upkeep of correct policy information within company CRM
- Contacts customers to maintain up to date records of contact information
- Required to keep detailed notations of actions taken in connection with client accounts
- Resolving incoming client requests

Requirements
- Prior experience of life insurance industry
- Working Knowledge of Salesforce Preferred
- Time and Calendar Management
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of outlook, Microsoft Office application
- Must be able to problem solve
- Detail oriented
- Previous customer service experience
- Self-Starter
