Job Summary:
Manages key accounts including customer support, maintains long-term relationships with partner stakeholders, and maximizes sales opportunities. This position is onsite in the Chicago office.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Outbound phone calls to pre-identified Help At Home clients.
- Highly detailed call logging: call time, connection status, and call content tracking.
- Builds rapport with our client base. Gently helps clients understand the importance and necessity of an engaged PCP relationship. If there is a PCP assignment or engagement gap, specialist encourages/persuades client to engage or find a new PCP to engage.
- Builds rapport with branch supervisors who refer or engage with clients.
- Must follow all compliance rules in IL and HAH.
- Expectation is an 8-hour workday and must satisfy client outreach and client connectivity productivity goals (TBD, combination of anticipated voicemails and live conversation).
Required Skills and Abilities:
- 6-12 months Call center experience, including outbound calling.
- Healthcare setting experience/familiarity preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with a client base similar to the Help At Home client base.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
