You and Your Job:
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be successful reviewing new and existing client information to gain an understanding of the client activities and inputting information based on your review into a variety of applications as it relates to global and local policies and procedures from an AML/KYC perspective. The Client Onboarding team ensure that new clients are onboarded smoothly, and existing clients continue to meet the requirements of the bank from an AML/KYC perspective. This role will work together with the Client Owner and Compliance teams to ensure that we have a full understanding of our clients activities and that potential risks to the bank are identified and mitigated where appropriate.
Receive and process KYC requests for Amendments, Event Driven Reviews, Tailored Event Assessments, and Periodic reviews for Low, Medium and High risk rated clients. Conduct Onboarding process independently. Determine if KYC requires escalation to and/or sign off by Compliance. Ability to analyze complex structures and synthesize all due diligence in a clear, concise and thorough manner. Strong written skills that will allow for clear analysis as work product will be relied upon across many functions within the bank and will be reviewed by regulators.

Your Promise to Us
To be considered for the Client Onboarding (COBS) Specialist role, you must have:
  • Minimum 2 years of KYC experience (Adobe, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
  • Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office experience.
  • Strong communication skills (both interactive and written).
  • Detail Oriented & Adaptability.
  • Professional and mature attitude.
  • Ability to impact, influence and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $52,400.00 - $70,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
