Advantage Group International is seeking a client-centerd Insights Analyst & Program Co-Ordinator to join us in our journey of helping businesses be better together.

Role Summary: This position supports our client strategy team, with two clear responsibilities. 1) managing all support activities necessary for executing the customer benchmarking program(s) 2) Analysing data and insights to create effective presentations and data storytelling.
Specific responsibilities include.
  • Collaborate to ensure that the Advantage program runs on schedule and fits within the overall company-wide strategic goals to deliver effective outcomes.
  • Obtain, manage and prepare contact lists for manufacturer and retailer clients.
  • Work with operations to identify key respondents for interviews.
  • Communicates with potential respondents by phone and email to ensure survey completion and field closes on time
  • Ensure enough ratings per client have been received prior to field closure
  • Project Management – Effectively manage timelines, coordinate with internal and external Associates and coordinate aspects of report production in PowerPoint.
  • Use Data, insights, and data storytelling to share our clients results.
  • Answer Clients day-to-day questions, as well as delivering the right insights to help them leverage Advantage data to the fullest.
  • Be the go-to person to answer data-related questions. 
  • Support the development of data/report specifications, data verification, report/presentation production, and overall project coordination.
  • Support Client Strategy Directors and the Managing Director, US in growing the business with current and new clients.
Who We’re Seeking: The successful candidate will have a proven track record in an analytic client-facing role. Experience and comfort interacting with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Presentation development/story building skills
  • Creative / data visualization capabilities
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Active listening with an acute attention to detail
  • Advanced level of experience with Excel (i.e., VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to work with a great sense of urgency without compromising quality, maintaining high standards
  • Ability to be proactive and implement ways to efficiently create value for clients
  • An eagerness to further develop your career through direct client interaction
  • A customer-centric focus
  • Effective project management skills – ability to see a project through from ideation to fruition
  • The ability to multi-task, supporting multiple clients simultaneously as needed
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with survey tools such as Qualtrics or Survey Monkey
Reporting Relationship: This role reports to the Director, Client Strategy.
Where You’ll be Located: This role is home-office based, working remotely from home. Access to high-speed internet is necessary. You must be comfortable working remotely with a data-led focus.
Expected Travel:
  1. Occasionally meeting with clients within country or region
  2. Occasionally Toronto Corporate Office
