Job Summary:
The Client Experience Specialist I (CES I) is responsible for the assigned work orders of CS Hudson’s facilities maintenance clients. The position performs as a coordinator for clients, vendors, and the labor workforce, to ensure repair and maintenance are completed in a timely manner. As well as conducting redirects and follow-ups during scheduled hours.
Essential Functions:

- Source vendors nationwide using in-house database or internet search engines to fulfill work order needs.
- Assist with work order management process from team leads, supervisors and management.
- Streamline the flow of communication directly with the client(s) to provide any requested/required updates in real-time.
- Coordinate with clients and technicians on repair, and maintenance projects from inception through completion
- Position obtains assessment, pricing, and quotes as needed for client-requested repairs, and obtains internal approvals to move work order forward.
- Collaborate with team members and management to support client needs
- Utilize multiple social platforms including text, call, email
- Responsible for analyzing and entering data using proprietary software, portals and client platforms to ensure streamlined communication across team members and clients.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Eligibility Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Training will be provided but previous knowledge and experience are recommended.
- Office365, Microsoft, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
- Work order management systems and Telecommunications hardware/software
