YOUR LIFE AS A CLIENT EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
This full-time retail sales position typically works Monday- Friday9:00 am – 5:30 pm, and 1-2 short Saturday shifts a month during our summer season.
As a Client Experience Associate, you help create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our customers. You greet every customer with a smile and eagerly answer their questions or provide suggestions for which goods to purchase. Many of our customers are repeat clients who return always return to us for their awning, boat top, and custom canvas cover needs. When our customers have found what they need, you accurately process the sale. During the times that you're not working with a customer, you make sure that our store is clean and organized. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and get great satisfaction out of providing exceptional customer service!
