  • The great team dynamic at Syncron makes us a Great Place To Work. As Client Executive you will be a member of the Southern European sales team, reporting to the Senior Sales Director for Southern Europe.
  • You will have your own territory where you are responsible to identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision makers, orchestrate and manage sales campaigns, negotiate and successfully close new deals for Syncron.
  • You will have a new annual contract value (NACV) quota as your target, and you will work with new customers as well as cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Internally in Syncron, you will interact with your extended team within marketing, solution consulting, legal, and customer Excellence when driving sales in your territory.
  • The position as Client Executive may work from a home office.
  • Travel will be required as a vast majority of the time will be spent at customer sites (mainly in Italy), about 50-60% of the time.
  • Areas of ResponsibilityIdentify and develop opportunities in your territory for a portfolio of named accounts.
  • Build an understanding of business challenges and key priorities in the after-sales business of your accounts.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and identify opportunities.
  • To assist you in this work, the marketing team provides business research and analysis as well as sales development support.
  • Manage opportunities from identification to closing; driving the sales process, identify specific business value for the customer, position Syncrons solutions, support the customer in their decision process, negotiate and manage the commercial aspects of closing contracts.
  • Document and report on progress in your territory.
  • Syncron has a defined sales process where Salesforce is used as the main tool for documenting activities and tracking opportunities.
  • Manage your sales territory from a financial perspective by following Syncron price book and pricing strategy, and by providing accurate and timely information about forecasted new ACV and expected dates of closure.
  • RequirementsProven success selling in create-markets.
  • You have to be entrepreneurial and passionate about developing new business, interact with and use resources from other teams in Syncron (marketing, solution consulting, etc.)
  • and able to be hands on in customer environments.
  • Experienced in developing business cases, leading with and selling a compelling business or financial value proposition rather than a product and its features and functions.
  • Demonstrated confidence and success in selling a strategic value proposition to executive level buyers to include the recruitment and use of executive level sponsors in the sales process.
  • Proven ability to help a prospect understand their current state while casting a strong vision of desired and attractive future state and how technology/solutions can enable the transition.
  • Proven ability to work with contractual aspects of the sales process, following Syncron guidelines and using the support of the in-house legal team.
  • In order to excel in this role, it will require you to have strong negotiation skills and experience in closing complex deals and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, durable goods industry and/or experience selling to manufacturers in Syncrons targeted market.
  • The ideal candidate will have the drive and ambition to work for a small sized, yet global software company with strong growth aspirations.
  • To succeed in Syncron, you must be highly resourceful with a keen sense of urgency and drive.
  • Simply put, you must be driven from within and not wait for others to put processes in place to support you.
  • Team oriented, open and transparent with excellent communication skills in English and a Nordic language (verbal and written).
  • 5-8 years track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales targets for new business sales.
  • Experience of selling IT software and services, preferably SaaS solutions.
  • Ideally, with experience of aftermarket, supply chain, product pricing, inventory management or a background selling ERP.Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
