Job Title: Client Conversion Specialist
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid)

Role Summary:
The Conversion Plan Services Team supports the Plan Takeover/Installation Process from client commitment to first payroll. We work with internal and external resources to add efficiencies and organization to the process, including the management of takeover data, notices, vendor management, expenses, and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight over the technical aspects of the Takeover Unit
- Be the technical lead on excel for the department, decrypting deconversion documents from prior carriers & generating fund translation tables for enhanced mapping takeovers.
- Support the Regional Offices in the administrative tasks related to takeovers to create a more efficient, accurate and streamlined process and continue to improve the client experience.
- Coordinate team members to ensure Key Takeover Milestones and ensure all regulatory deadlines are met
- Coordinate the interaction with the new technology systems, including FIS/Omni, Salesforce, and vWise.
- Special Projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience
- Team Management Experience
- Base understanding of mutual funds and retirement plans
- Excellent logic, verbal, and written skills.
- Self-Starter with ability to multi-task, detail orientated, organized and client focused.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a Finance, Accounting, or Business related field.
- Experience in Client Services and Takeover related function preferred.
- Previous Corporate or Service Industry Experience
