The goal for placing a Team Lead is to continue working towards the goal of the best Client Care and efficiency possible. CVRC is a 24 hour emergency referral center located in beautiful Charleston, SC. We are the ONLY VECCS Level 1 Certified Facility in South Carolina and 1 of 2 in the southeast region of the United States!
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Direct leadership to Client Care Team
- Maintains Client Care Team Schedule, including addressing call outs and coverage
- Schedules and Leads monthly Client Care Meetings.
- Perform Annual Job Performance Reviews, in conjunction with HR Manager.
- Responsible for daily Client Care operations and efficiency
- Work with Hospital Manager and Office Administrator on accounts receivable.
- Address client questions regarding billing and handle minor billing corrections and disputes.
- Assist in Client Care duties as needed if short staffed/very busy.
- Manage euthanasia administrative documentation as needed with Hospital Manager.
- Order office supplies as needed for front of hospital.
- Monitor front desk and lobby to ensure client wait times are acceptable.
- Responsible for appearance of lobby and reception area.
- Attend monthly Team Lead meetings
- Work with other Team Leaders and management for workflow or performance concerns with the Client Care Team
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisor experience preferred, not required
- A minimum of 3 years of veterinary medicine Client Care experience preferred, not required
- Basic understanding of veterinary staff scheduling and needs of the hospital.

Compensation ranges from $24-26/ hour, depending on previous experience and skill set of the applicant. Shifts are typically 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week. Schedules may include some weekend days and some holidays. Must have customer service experience and references from previous employers.
