Client Care Specialist

We are looking for a Client Care Specialist to join Reel Father Rights Client Care Team. We are a growing law firm in Southern California that strives for a positive client experience. The ideal candidate loves talking and helping men that are going through the California Family Law System. They show empathy and compassion when dealing with our clients. Ideally have at least one year customer service experience. Ability to multi-task and is organized and able to move easily from one task to another. This could be a remote position, so you must be reliable, self-motivated and able to take on tasks with minimal oversight. You will be exposed to sensitive, personal and privileged information, from clients and staff, that will require confidentiality at the highest level. Communication skills must be very good, as you work between our clients and the legal staff on a daily basis. The ability to problem solve and come to a resolution that continues the positive client experience while still following our high legal standards. Client Care department also strives for a positive culture within our firm, you will be held to a higher standard and expected to display positivity, concern and sensitivity with all clients and staff.
