POSITION SUMMARY: The Altogether Opportunity Center Client Care Specialist provides 24 hour supervision and support to center participants.  Monitors ensure safety of the participants and the facility by holding participants accountable to center guidelines and are first responders to any incident that requires medical attention or law enforcement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed peer support specialist preferred
  • Previous experience working with unhoused population preferred
  • Appropriate State and Federal Clearances
  • Substance abuse experience preferred.

  • Valid driver's license required

ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides supervision of the center’s participants.
  • Adheres to program policies and procedures while maintaining a professional code of ethics 
  • Performs participant check ins/discharge according to policies and procedures
  • Maintains daily master log and sign in sheet
  • Treats all participants with dignity and respect
  • Performs and documents hourly rounds
  • Ensures participants follow facility guidelines
  • Observe and document any incidents that require accommodations or participant behaviors outside of the guidelines, de-escalation, or emergency calls or situations.
  • Respond to participant or facility emergency situations and/or crisis
  • Maintains a valid driver’s license 
  • Provides peer support services when applicable
