Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and determine the caller's need
- Assist customers with questions regarding their benefits
- Review other benefit options, per association guidelines, with customers
- Share benefit limits, options, and costs as requested
Requirements:
- 1+ year of call center experience is highly preferred OR 1+ year of professional work experience
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone - the ability to build rapport with callers quickly
- Good computer skills and experience using multiple screens and applications at the same time
- Focus on client experience - looking for people to focus on quality over quantity

Work Model:
- On-Site
- 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
