Nightingale's Nursing and Attendants is now accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Service Coordinator in our Florence, SC office. This role will work closely with our Lead Service Coordinator, Caregivers, the local Recruiter, and the Nurse Supervisor to ensure our clients are happy and cared for throughout the Pee Dee Region
Job Duties
- Supervision of caregivers in a long-term in-home care environment
- Completing and delivering reports on client status, caregiver visits, etc.
- Working with the HR Recruiter for sourcing and recruiting new caregivers
- Situational training for new caregivers
- Coordinating client needs with caregiver availability and training
- Direct hands on care for clients as necessary
Requirements
- Previous recruiting and service coordination experience is a plus
- Valid SC Driver's License
- Ability to pass a SLED background check
