```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized, customer service oriented Client Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will be managing client case loads, supervising caregivers, communicating with the client and their families, and working closely with the sales team to coordinate appropriate caregiver placement of clients.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day scheduling of Caregiver shifts
- Provide day-to-day support, supervision, and performance reviews for Caregivers
- Review client cases with Caregiver and provide advice, direction (written care plan), and support as needed
- Communicate with clients to maintain quality control
- Organize Caregiver training sessions
- Recruit, interview and hire Caregivers
- Available for on-call rotations after hours/weekends
- In-person office hours (4 days/week; 9a-3p/10a-4p and 1 day remote), and available before/after office hours via phone for emergency purposes Monday through Friday.
- Management of Long Term Care (LTC) submittals to insurance companies
- General computer/technology skills
- Participate in any and all new initiatives
- Manage CRM system WellSky
- Up-to-date data entry
- Monitoring Caregiver CareNotes
- Optimize tools/benefits of system
