Glover Agency is seeking an addition to our Operations Team as our Client Care Associate. This person will be an important part to the customer service experience for our clients and will work in a fun and upbeat culture daily. If you have always had an interest in Real Estate and love administrative work, this position will allow you to learn all aspects of the Real Estate industry!
Responsibilities and Duties of the Client Care Associate:
- Act as administrative support throughout the real estate process
- Assist in sending out mailers on a weekly basis
- Answer incoming calls and have conversations with potential buyers and sellers
- Communicate with clients and/or agents on a daily basis
- Greet clients and maintain visual appearance of office
- Execute projects given on a weekly or monthly basis by leadership
- Assist as back up to other Operations Members
Qualifications and Skills of the Client Care Associate
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Have an interest in the residential real estate business
- Strong clerical or administrative experience
- Strong data entry skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
