Description:
The Client Benefits Representative works at the direction of the Client Benefits liaison all of which are supervised by the call center manager. The core function of the Client Benefits rep is to support the needs of the client benefit liaison in that person's effort to coordinate between the company, the authorized rep, and the client. Important aspects of this function include following up with assigned tasks in Salesforce, inputting new intake leads and paperwork into Salesforce, mailing out screening information, 30+ outbound calls daily, and receiving inbound calls as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Receive 10-15 inbound calls daily from potential patients.
- 30+ outbound calls daily to complete tasks in Salesforce.
- Input patient information, complete tasks, and make notes in Salesforce.
- Verify patient profile details, i.e. address, phone numbers, work dates.
- Mail out screening information directly to patients.
- Call patients to collect documents and other required information to process benefits
- Contact healthcare providers to request medical records and other pertinent information.
- Communicating the status of the benefits request with the Client Benefit Liaison and Call Center Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A history of telephone-based work.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Well organized.
- Comfortable in a high paced environment.
