Staffworks is recruiting for a Client Access Representative
Pay rate $15.00
Hours: 8 am – 4:30 pm , 11am-8pm (Wednesday/Thursday rotation)

The Client Access Representative will be responsible for supporting clients in accessing services. The Client Access Rep. is the first staff that clients, new, established and returning, interact with via the phone or in person. The Client Access Rep. is responsible for facilitating rapid access to services by reducing barriers to scheduling. The Client Access Rep. is responsible for processing referrals, intakes, client registration, answering phones, scheduling, taking messages and facilitating general communication
Qualifications/Education/Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent – Associates Degree in Office Technologies preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Medical Terminology.
- 1-3 years’ experience in physician’s office preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and third-party payers.
- Experience with electronic scheduling software.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Basic working knowledge of billing and coding practices preferred
- Strong Customer Service and organizational skills
- medical setting requires you to be vaccinated
