Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet.

Major Responsibilities:
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Inspecting trailers, tracks, and the intermodal yard.
- Clean/Sweep out trailers.
- 2 hour temp checks of live loaded trailers/equipment.
- This position will be responsible for the Sweeping of trailers and assisting with other yard cleaning duties as required.
- Inputting information into computers and preparing reports, research, review, and record trailer inventory.
- This position is primarily working on the dock as well as in the yard.
- May require outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Administrative duties (paperwork, etc.)
- Any other tasks or duties as assigned.
- Involve Safety team as required by location.
- Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
