Clerk Typist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Typist to join our team. As a Typist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently typing and transcribing various documents. The ideal candidate will have good typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Type and transcribe various documents, including letters, reports, memos, and other correspondence
- Proofread and edit typed documents for accuracy and clarity

- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Assist with event planning and coordination as required
- Perform order entry tasks as necessary

Skills:
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data entry processes and procedures
- Ability to transcribe audio recordings accurately
