Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- Perform clerical duties with attention to detail and efficiency
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements:
- Previous clerical experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or in a similar customer service or clerical role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using office equipment such as phone systems, computers, printers, and scanners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with basic office procedures and file management
