Summary:

Precision and attention to detail in the assembly of components within a controlled cleanroom environment. Handling high-value materials, conducting quality checks, operating specialized and standard equipment and measuring tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Cleanroom Assembly: Perform assembly tasks within a controlled cleanroom environment, following established protocols and procedures.

·         Material Handling: Handle high-value materials with care and precision to prevent contamination or damage during the assembly process.

·         Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks at various stages of assembly to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.

·         Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in cleanroom assembly, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.

·         Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, noting any deviations or issues encountered during production.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality control, to address any challenges and contribute to continuous process improvement.

·         Adherence to Cleanroom Protocols: Strictly adhere to cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures, to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the controlled environment.

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in cleanroom assembly is a plus.

·         Mechanical aptitude is required

·         Proven experience in cleanroom assembly, particularly with high-value materials.

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

·         Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and gowning procedures.

·         Experience with cleanroom equipment and tools.

·         Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

·         Strong commitment to quality and safety.

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to stand for extended periods.

·         Manual dexterity and precision for handling small components.

·         Comfortable wearing cleanroom attire and working in a controlled environment.
