**Position Overview:**- We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Our average work week in Sun-Wed starting around 5pm and some Thursday evenings. Must posses a valid drivers license.

**Responsibilities:** - Perform cleaning duties including wiping, wrapping and shining kitchen hoods. Pressure wash fans, ductwork and kitchen hoods in various settings such as restaurants, schools, and commercial buildings. - Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. - Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:** - Previous experience in commercial cleaning or pressure washing preferred. - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb ladders to access roofs for fan cleaning- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to work evenings. - High school diploma or equivalent.
