Cleaning Technician

We are looking for 2 part time employees.

We have a wide range of clients in the Walla Walla Valley & surrounding areas ranging from residential homes to large commercial clients.

Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who shows the drive and determination.

Communication is key within our company. Calm, cool, collected and most of all professional.

Problem solving skills and being able to think on your feet to make a game plan are large requirements of the job.

Working well as part of a team is crucial to the success of our employees.

We offer a 40 hour training program to all new candidates where you will learn the ins and outs of our company's processes and procedures. Once you have completed training you will be required to follow these processes on a daily basis.

Tasks to be completed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis:

1. Communication

a. Be available during your scheduled times to speak by phone or Marco Polo app

b. Answer work related emails within a reasonable timeframe

2. Equipment

a. Be responsible for assigned caddy and equipment.

b. Clean vacuum filters regularly

c. Let team lead know when something needs attention

3. Zenmaid

a. Read notes under appointments to make sure all items are addressed at each appointment.

4. Performance

a. Pass 90% of your quality checks and tests per pay period

b. Puntual

c. Perform all services up to company standards

d. Clock in and out accurately

5. Compensation

a. Paid time off starts after 90 days

$16.50 + travel reimbursement $17 - 0 - 20 hours per week

$17.50 + travel reimbursement $18 - 21 - 30 hours per week

$18.50 + travel reimbursement $19 - 31 - 40 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
