We are a locally owned and operated referral agency cleaning company based out of San Diego, CA. Our business prides itself on integrity, mutual respect, and good communication. We are seeking professional, motivated, good quality cleaning companies to partner with and build out our team.
Opportunity: Currently seeking already established cleaners and/or cleaning companies to operate as sub-contractors for cleaning jobs. Our business is growing and we are seeking more established cleaners and/or cleaning companies out of San Diego to partner with us.
Requirements:
- Must be an established cleaner
- Must be able to provide General Liability certificate of insurance for Business
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job site
- Must provide your own cleaning equipment and chemicals (list will be provided)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning according according to standard requirements
- Actively monitor and respond to job requests daily
Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning work
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to prioritize cleaning duties
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
