Position Overview:

The Alaska Cleaning Company is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Lead & Quality Control Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for expert residential & office cleaning, Quality Control, and assist managers in training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about delivering pristine environments, and eager to make a tangible difference for our clients.

 

Conduct thorough cleaning services, including general and deep cleaning of residential homes and offices. Regularly inspect cleaning projects, document any missed areas or issues, and promptly address and rectify them.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Cleaning: Conduct thorough cleaning services, which include general cleaning and deep cleaning.
  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect cleaning projects, ensuring that all tasks meet the defined quality standards.
  • Issue Documentation: Diligently document any missed areas or issues during cleaning, ensuring clarity for rectification purposes.
  • Immediate Rectifications: Address and rectify documented issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to get feedback, understand specific needs, and guarantee satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for cleaning techniques or products that might enhance service quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the cleaning team to share insights, improve methods, and ensure everyone is aligned with quality standards.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a professional cleaning role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting imperfections or missed areas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
  • Familiarity with standard cleaning products, tools, and best practices.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A record of consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
