Cleaning Floater

Superior Janitorial Service is a growing commercial cleaning company serving Northern Colorado. We are looking for an individual to serve as a Cleaning Floater for our commercial accounts.

The floater is responsible for assisting with any and all call outs in our service area, which includes Greeley, Evans, Platteville, Windsor, Fort Collins, Loveland, Berthoud, Johnstown and Brighton.

On call evenings/nights are Monday- Friday, Weekends off.

On-call work times are between 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with the possibility of more hours Monday-Friday. Saturday-Sunday off

Duties include but are not limited to: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, etc. This job requires you to be on your feet for long periods of time, be able to climb stairs, and be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Reliable transportation with a valid Colorado driver licenses a must; after training period, may use company vehicle (pending driving record check). Working cellphone is a must.Candidates must speak English fluently. Uniforms and all work equipment are provided. Will be trained on everything needed to complete jobs.

Compensation is hourly with a rate paid at a minimum of 25 hours per week. Pay schedule is every week.
