ACS Cleaning is growing again and looking to add a professional and experienced Area Manager to our team- starting immediately!

Here at ACS Cleaning, we are a devoted and hardworking cleaning company that specializes in commercial accounts. We service multiple areas in East Tn, but this position specifically will be servicing mainly the Knoxville area. We have five core values that are very important to us- Make money! Have Fun! Starting pay $20/hr and this is a PART-TIME position that can work up to becoming Full-time.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee 3-4 employees/ locations.

- Check in with team and fill in where needed.

- Travel between clients to either check on job or to finish cleaning duties.

- Be responsible for reporting broken equipment to owner.

- Take dirty washcloths/ towels home to wash.

- Ensure each employee is doing as they are expected at each client.

- Provide cleaning services which includes but is not limited to:

o Dusting, polishing, sweeping, moping, disinfecting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, taking out trash, restocking items.

o We do some pressure washing, floor stripping, and waxing as well.

Qualifications:

- Must have 5+ years of experience in similar management setting with commercial cleaning experience.

- Cleaning/ Janitorial experience – Required.

- Experience cleaning commercial accounts- preferred.

- Strong customer service skills.

- Professional and positive attitude.

- Ability to work independently and make company decisions on the spot without supervision.

- Strong attendance record.

- Professional appearance.

- Be physically able to perform the job in its entirety including being able to stand for long periods of time.

NO WORK between Friday evening and Saturday evening.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
