Cleaner For Short Term Rental Business

SouthWestBNB is hiring new cleaners

We do have 32 properties in San Antonio that we run as Airbnbs and we are looking for a cleaner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• To properly clean homes/Apartment and get 5 stars cleaning rate from the guests
• To organize the supplies
• Report to us if there are any damages

Requirements:

• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
• Own cleaning supplies esp. Own Powerful Vaccumm, Mop and buckets and cleaning product.
• Driver's license and a car
• Can work on weekends

$10 bonus for each 5 stars cleaning received from the guest.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
