We are looking for a qualified person to keep our brand new Dental Office sparkling clean. `Responsibilities include but are not limited to:```
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the office premises, including but not limited to offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Emptying dishwasher, maintain beverage station, bake a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies daily, make coffee
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, restocking paper materials, maintaining common areas of building grounds
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and windowsills
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting any maintenance issues
- Sterilizing dental instruments and treatment rooms in between patients, following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks as required
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients in a professional manner
