Clean Team Member

We are seeking a Clean Team Member to join our team!
Responsibilities:

• Residential cleaning
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors etc.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• TWO Saturdays a month required for turnover season (runs approx June-Sept)
• Work well with others at a reasonable pace

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is helpful but not required (training is provided)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Transportation to work
• MUST be able to be bonded and insured
• IF willing to drive car to jobs, pay rate is higher PLUS a set daily rate for mileage
